Office Hours and Appointments
Our regular office hours are:
Monday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday: 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
The office is closed on weekends and major holidays as well as at times when the doctor and staff are attending continuing education programs to keep abreast of latest developments so that we may truly serve you.
These hours were established to provide the utmost convenience for our patients’ needs. As a courtesy to our patients, we confirm all appointments in advance by modern communication methods. We confirm using email, mobile text messaging, and telephone. If we are unable to reach you by phone, we ask that you call the office to confirm your appointment time. Except for emergency situations, you may expect to be seen on time. In return, we ask that you extend us the same courtesy. In the event that it is necessary for you to change an appointment, we require 48 hours advance notice. This will allow time for another patient in need of care to be seen.
Emergencies can occur at any time. Our 24-hour answering service can alert the doctor of your need. With early morning, lunchtime and late afternoon appointments, you can be seen at a time that is convenient for your busy schedule. We reserve a limited amount of time each day so that emergency patients may be scheduled as quickly as possible. If you have a problem requiring emergency treatment, please call us as early in the day as possible. Should you have an emergency after hours or on weekends, our 24 hour answering service can be reached by calling the office phone number, (949) 859-8899.
